AFV’s Petco catteries are back

After a temporary closure of its Petco catteries due to the coronavirus pandemic and restrictions on occupancy, Animal Friends of the Valleys announced that its Petco catteries in Lake Elsinore and Temecula are “back up and running.”

AFV said it will follow Petco’s new adoption protocols and limit cats to every other kennel to make social distancing possible during adoptions.

AFV typically houses 12 to 14 adoptable cats at its off-site Petco locations. Adoption events are held every Saturday between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. For additional information, contact AFV at 951-674-0618 or visit www.animalfriendsofthevalleys.com.
